Join Cha Wilde and Carrie Johnson for an unforgettable evening as they guide you through a thematic experience focusing on freedom of movement coupled with acceptance of self. Carrie will guide the harmonizing yoga journey, interweaving the yin and the yang, as Cha overlays an authentic cadence of acoustic guitar and lyrical components. The entire program is 90 minutes in length and includes elements of breath, vocalization, vinyasa, yin, and meditation. The finale will be a group chant to seal the practice.

During this hands-on workshop at SpiritBear Studio, you will gain insight into the purpose of Mala Beads and learn how to incorporate them into your meditation practice as well as tips for using Malas to relieve anxiety and/or to focus your intent during your yoga practice.

Carrie will begin the workshop with a brief history of Mala Beads and discuss their purpose and structure variations. You will then design and create your very own 108-bead, hand-knotted Mala necklace. After the malas have been constructed, Carrie will guide you through a mantra-based meditation using your new beads.

Price includes all materials, healthy brunch and snacks, an optional afternoon yoga practice, and loads of fun!

$108 per person, limit 12 participants.
