➼ Sunday, March 12th: Free yoga class at Root Yoga in Columbia City
My long-time friend Amy Brightman has finally opened her much-anticipated studio, Root Yoga, on Rainier Ave in Seattle. Root Yoga is a magical place and has been designed thoughtfully to reflect the vision that Amy has to provide a nurturing and inspiring place for the local community.

➼ Sunday, April 1st: Flow Motion FITT Yoga in Burien
April is the month of YogaLove2017, a month-long fundraiser for Street Yoga. I have been invited to teach a Flow Motion FITT Yoga class at Highline Athletic Club for this amazing event.

➼ Sunday, April 9th: Cultivate Mindfulness at Yoga for Life in Shoreline
Howard Lamb, co-owner of Yoga for Life, has invited me to share my mindfulness tools with members of the Shoreline community on Sunday, April 9th.
Cultivate Mindfulness is an event where I will be selling my Mala Beads and jewelry with a trunk show from 9am to 12pm, followed by my Vision Board Workshop. To sign up, go here: Vision Board Workshop. Early Bird Pricing ends March 29th.
