Entering my fourth week of yoga teacher training, my body is spent. I have a cold. I ran a 5K two days ago (and achieved a personal record), after which I did 30 minutes of yoga and then crashed. I took yesterday off from yoga and running and when I practiced yoga at home tonight, my joints moved like they were filled with molasses. Seventy-five minutes of slow flow molasses asanas.
